Conspicuous "diversity" used to just be an aesthetic quirk, but now it's a signal that some spoiled brats who only ended up in their positions because they got on the track from private high school to expensive liberal arts college to the corporate bureaucracy deliberately placed that shit in there as a middle finger to anyone who's not part of their soylennial bay area milieu.
