Yep, doing that rage feels good, therefore the next time you feel frustrated you choose to rage knowing that it feels good. Its a hard habit to kick, perhaps taking a lifetime to do so. I've gotten much better at responding to feelings of anger more appropriately but still lash out if something takes me by surprise.
