Don't forget 'sex change', which became 'gender reassignment surgery', which because 'gender affirmation surgery'. All of them are incorrect, but they become increasingly Orwellian.
The 'isms' are useful for the regime. The pawns of the regime can't really be trusted to refute counter-arguments. But if you equip them with a few choice insults, like racism, Russia, conspiracy theorist, then they can shield themselves off.
Or how "white nationalist" suddenly became a stand in for "white supremacist" but they cant be sued for it.
It's not like it's hard to do when you control the media and schools and have zero shame.
Yeah they all coordinate for consistent messaging and language use, we saw that in Journolist. The left really does believe that words are magic spells and changing perception changes reality.
