Are they laying off those useless idiots from HR & diversity officers? Or are they laying off the junior level designers. The dudes that probably won't get the benefit of knowledge from their senior peers.
Meanwhile the senior devs get piled on with more workload while HR cunts get to scroll twitter all day.
Dude everyone knows you have to have HR! Why is this even a question? How can you tell I'm on twitter all day?
HR and upper management need to be horrified of AI. Their jobs mostly consist of processing spread sheets, time management, and “training”. All if which can be easily done with AI and any issues fixed fast by lower management.
