I actually agree that it is a personal choice. If you don't own your own body, then who does?
Like everything else with the left, this is all performative. If they actually believed that suicide was a human right, they wouldn't use "gun deaths" (which are mostly suicides) as justification for pushing for gun control.
Women kill themselves as a cry for help. The fact they don't think it through it part of the reason they shouldn't have this choice. It's like letting your kids jump off a cliff or play in traffic. It's a failure of men, not a woman's "right".
