The difference is men vs. women.

A man kills himself as a choice.

Women kill themselves as a cry for help. The fact they don't think it through it part of the reason they shouldn't have this choice. It's like letting your kids jump off a cliff or play in traffic. It's a failure of men, not a woman's "right".
