I have good experience with it too. I did Tinder for 1.5 years in a city of 100k pop, then I did Tinder for 5 years in a 1.5m pop city then I did Tinder for 1 year in a 40k pop city.
I have since sworn off Tinder entirely and I've been Tinder free for ~3 years now. Yes, that means I don't date hardly as much but I'm actually happier for it.
Even when I was using Tinder some of the most successful relationships with women were girls I met in-person out at a bar rather than through Tinder.
The Tinder method of dating just doesn't really work. I honestly don't think quality women are on Tinder because they get driven off of it fast by all the low-quality men. Not to mention, women are in such high demand that if the woman is truly high quality she will have absolutely 0 difficulty finding men in real life without the need for dating apps. The girls who you're likely to match with using Tinder are the low-quality girls that guys don't want or they're women who have such high standards in men it would seem the girls don't really want guys either. Tinder can work obviously but for the time and effort involved, it's just not worth it.
I would highly highly recommend you stay off tinder for your own mental health. I actually had a way higher opinion of women until I started using Tinder. Dating women off Tinder is essentially what destroyed my thoughts on women. In some ways this is a good thing but in other ways it's depressing and maybe not an accurate depiction of all women outside of the "dating scene".
Ideally, you want to meet your woman in high school. As more time goes on, statistically speaking, the older the woman gets while being single the high probability it is for her to be lower quality. The good women find men early and stick with those men so they're rarely ever available on an app like Tinder.
Tinder evokes the way that humans used to operate prior to civilisation - as a tournament species. This is why a small percentage of men have all the options while most men have little to none. What annoys women using dating apps is that the highest status men won't commit. In tribes, these men would have had multiple wives and these women would have married him while the rest of the men would have nothing other than be within a group survival strategy.
Humans adopted pair bonding because it was advantageous to do that to advance the species. Now we seem to be seeing the beginning of a transition back to a tournament species, not just through Tinder but other social and political consequences that hoe_math, Stardusk, Colttaine et al have covered in their videos.
The fact that you use the word "dating" in regards to it, means its already not worth it for you. The only girls you can get a relationship out of on it are psychotic, fat, mothers, and often all of the above.
Its a place for picking up sluts for people who don't like to go to the bar, that's its only value. And it provides that fine enough if you treat it with the same mindset as previous generations did with clubbing. No expectations of success, maximizing your own confidence and good time having regardless of their playing along, and the rare chance of getting laid.
Out of curiosity, in your opinion is Tinder dating even worth the effort?
Absolutely not. Not one bit. NO.
