You are correct. There is no right to life. There is a right to not be unjustly deprived of your life. That's why abortion is evil, and executing criminals is not.

"Right of life" means right to make a living. You have every right to do what you need to to survive.

Your rights being violated doesn't magically make them go away. Otherwise the very concept of rights go away.
You misunderstand.
There is no right to do whatever you need to to survive. If that would violate the rights of others, you are in the wrong regardless of whether you claim that you require something to survive.
Not to mention that they'd be justified in violence to defend themselves.
Simply put there are a lot of things that don't apply to a supposed right to make a living, such that it isn't a right.
That's entirely my point. I didn't say we should restrict ourselves to criminals.
What I implied is that once certain groups are found to be predilected in that direction(or several other directions for that matter), that action taken against them is just.
