Whoever Saavy is they've done great work which matches closely with work of my own reflecting British media firms (The BBC etc.) and their trying to curtail open discourse online for fear of it being extremist (Late 2018 and it was all well under way with parliament meetings and attempts to sabotage online competition such as Netflix and Amazon Prime).
Clearly there are "Intellectuals" who think they can control public thought and have gotten funding from various taxpayers to do just that.
These people will "control" the narrative until someone puts a noose around their neck. It's more charity than anything else. They can't be effective. Their masters are either desperate or just don't realize it yet.
