Just based on observations, they work for each other on cash basis, send the money back to home country. they don't pay most taxes because no paper trails, but freely use emergency services and not pay the bills because no insurance and no documented incomes. Send their kids to public schools and get free lunch but pay no property taxes (the landlords pay the property taxes, but since the properties are usually filled over capacity, the taxes they paid are not proportional to the social welfare and services they used. Some groups like jews and Muslims form their own 'law enforcement' groups and block outsider from actually enforce the laws of the host country.

Your points seem applicable to illegals in the US, but the discussion is about middlemen minorities like Jews and the overseas Chinese.
