This is very true. At my game dev job almost all of people on my team are autistic, claim to have ADHD (mostly self diagnosed) or are some flavour of lgbt. More than half are women.

They all place their ideology first. Constantly try to worm trans or drag stuff into every project, villans are always white males. Narrative, QA and HR teams are the most deranged.
