He seems quite based. But if he is going for the presidency thats maybe a little too earlier for his age and maybe should go for a smaller position first, so people can see if his actions are as loud as his words.
He could have been a tolerable, functional compromise if the country was still 80%+ White in all age groups to slow the decay down to a crawl.
Now though? Whatever he'll do to slow the Intersectional cancer won't be nearly enough. Just the illegals which poured-in in the past 10 years, and their children, will collapse the country.
Running for presidency, and "running for presidency" are different things. You do one to rule the nation, you do the other to gain visibility in the media and public eye.
If all he accomplishes with this "run" is to inject the idea of anti-white hostilities being a thing that exists, then his campaign will have done a great deal of good for this country.
If he's smart, he knows he wouldn't win this time around. But at the cost of taking an L in this election gains him a shitload of exposure, new fans, etc that could pay dividends in future elections. I personally never heard of the guy until this election.
The fact he's not really running against Trump (no TDS crap, just facts) tells me he knows he can't take Trump's base, even if he aligns with a lot of what they represent. He's young so he has PLENTY of opportunities after this election, so building that profile now may help him inherit that base later.

I don’t think he is at this point.
Some are there to increase brand recognition (it’s working)
Others are interviewing for positions in the next or future admins.
