Fucking based Japanese nerds, it was even starting to effect the quite mainstream anime that I've been watching. You have times where the voice actors are clearly saying extremely basic phrases, yes stuff like 'Thank you' but it's not just that I was seeing weirdness in other phrases as well and I have a basic knowledge of the Japanese language.
My only gripe is like before, I hope that AI isn't relied upon or at the very least if they do AI translation they make sure to edit it properly. Get some proper professionals, fire all the woke SJWs for not doing their jobs and make it clear to the next batch of localisers if they fuck with the original translation in any way they'll be fired as well.
It's not just the fact that the Japanese noticed this but that the company cared enough to check everything over that has immediately won my respect. This could even be quite a positive thing for the games industry because it means that the Japanese companies that do care are going to be exporting non-woke games to the west with non-borked translations.
I love dangers in my heart about an edgy boi falling in love with a girl. And they added to one of the more sweet moments their politics. Mansplainig was the word they used when he was unsure of he could talk fashion with her whereas in the fan translated manga it was entirely different. Fucking hate these people with the intensity of a thousand suns and I hope they just all get replaced sooner rather than later.
Hadn't heard of that one. That is absolutely ridiculous. I plan on watching that one sometime soon so I will see if I can pick out where they would have done it.
