I've heard Miami being called the capital of the entirety of South America. It's a wild city.
Thanks, I needed that laugh. The worst is Puerto Ricans speak such a weird slangy Spanish that I can't understand them.

No it has to be Austin. A few years ago I saw a large Mexican flag (at least eight feet high) flying at an intersection near the interstate across from a gas station with a big Mexican open air produce market in the parking lot.
The flag is no longer there but it still looks like I'm driving through another country every time I'm in that part of town. And I wouldn't want to be there at night.
