You know, reading your comment I think it comes down to:

1. are real women getting money for it

and

2. does the transaction at a bare minimum heavily favor the woman

Video game women satisfy neither. The booth babes of yore satisfy condition 1 but not 2 because both the male and female parties are getting equal value in that situation.

In the IG/OF world of today, some women are getting immense value out of softcore porn and their male patrons are getting addicted and bilked out of money, shredded by society for paying the money, and in some cases personally destroyed for even patronizing the service ("he knows me IRL and subbed to my OF, gross!"). So both conditions are passed with flying colors.
