I'd like to see that, but I've noticed that he said communist and socialist separately. He wouldn't trade with Communist nations is what he said. Not trading with Socialist nations would rob him of being able to trade with most of Europe, MENA, and South America. So, I'd bet probably not.

At this point, the UK and Germany are "Social Democracies" edging on Socialism, but they are not explicitly Communist, in that they have not banned opposition parties and claimed to have fulfilled part of the Marxist Dialectic that a "Dictatorship Of the Proletariat" has been installed.
