But that was brutal. Not like it was a freak accident. I doubt he meant to kill but he did. Lady I checked, killing on accident was still manslaughter

The problem is it probably was a reckless accident. It happens every once in a while, but people bail instead of continuing to go for a check like Petgrave did.
