yes, they're not. but they do feed people at that time. Should they not feed them then if they're not certain they will regain self sufficiency?? Should all those helped people not get fresh water from wells for a time because some are too incompetent to follow up with maintenance?

And 40 years later, population was multiplied by 8, drought arrives, the water table cannot support 8 times the population, they will all die... but comes Whitey again, providing them water from elsewhere, so the population just goes through the roof, they start mass-migrating all over the planet fucking up everything...

Yep. It's not like UNICEF and OxFam etc haven't been digging wells on whitey's dime for about 100 years (that's 5 human generations) already ..

After repeatedly assisting them and getting no results, we should stop helping them. It takes help from people who could actually benefit, and keeps people alive and breeding who will create an even worse situation when there are too many people for a backwards country to support. It's less cruel to just stop helping.
