I'm absolutely amazed that it's taken this long for journalists to do this kind of shit. even James O'Keefe with project veritas didn't post the raw unedited footage of his interviews publicly.
We also learned this from the early gamergate days. Someone or some people were interviewed by a mainstream journalist who then edited it deceptively into a larger program. The details escape me but I want to say it was the BBC and maybe Sargon.
grossly overweight
He's only 230lbs, iirc, which isn't so abnormal anymore.
James O'Keefe had mastered the art of releasing damning evidence, but not all of it at once, so the fucktards he caught would lie about something he has back-up evidence for.
Then they would try to lie their way again into an ''evidence gap'', only to get smacked again because he had evidence against their new lies too.
Originally, what interviewers did was get the person they are interviewing to sign a release that gives the interviewer sole ownership for the interview. Since the MSM is information out ASAP, they are forgetting that part and just releasing the information and chopping it up before the other person can release their story.

Everyone needs to do this when interacting with "journalists" these days lest they spin you as the villain to fit their narrative.
Lol, 'these days'?

Best part.
Also, shows more integrity than most journalists we already have.
Hah.
