No significant number of black perma-Democrats (90-95% of active black voters) will vote for a non-Democrat no matter what they campaign on. One of Trump's few uncontested domestic accomplishments was letting black criminals out of jail and he outright promised 500 billion dollars worth of programs and it led to him being within 1% of George W. Bush's percentage of black voters.
