A number of former President Donald Trump's co-defendants in the Fulton County election interference case have received plea deal offers or have been approached about potentially making a deal by the District Attorney's office, multiple sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.
Last week, one of the 19 defendants in the case became the first to accept such an offer from prosecutors.
Scott Hall, who was implicated in the alleged scheme to breach voting machine equipment in rural Coffee County, Georgia, received just five years of probation in exchange for testifying against his co-defendants after pleading guilty to five misdemeanors.
If you were wondering why they did RICO, it was entirely to fabricate a case, get the lowers to plead guilty on a plea deal for no jail time then utilize it to “prove” the others are also guilty. It’s a disgusting gestapo tactic that completely pisses on the rule of law.
I wouldn't accept the deal and go through the court system, despite how corrupt it is, they seem to be fucking themselves over in a rush to make examples of them that every higher court would throw it out on appeal because they don't want their name associated with it.
trump is likely to throw everyone under the bus anyway
... which you say in response to people throwing him under the bus to protect themselves. Amusing.
Even worse though, is that it doesn't just protect themselves; it empowers the corrupt uniparty prosecutors, because in the eyes of the idiot masses, it legitimizes their corrupt indictments.
This is way bigger than Trump. If you plead guilty to "vote tampering" when you were truly trying to investigate election fraud then you might as well paint your belly yellow and shut up about conservatism or the country or pretty much anything that matters in life.

Sounds like they know this shit is going to go sideways and they need people to confess to shit they didn't do, in order to prop-up the case.

Doubtful, while he makes some of the worst hiring choices, he's more about legacy so literally backstabbing everyone is not a good legacy.
I wouldn't be surprised though is if his plan is just be president again and start handing out pardons like they are dollar bills at a strip club.
