To be equally fair, she killed her neighbor's dog.
That doesn't seem to be the case at all. Hadn't heard it, but looking in to it, one of Boebert's neighbors shot another neighbor's dog. The dogs repeatedly were getting lose, killed Boebert's neighbors goats in one incident, Boebert's own goats in another.
Boebert did not kill any dogs, and the dogs that were killed...it sounds like they had it coming in a big way, thanks to their shitty owner.
It was yet another political smear job, where some irresponsible lunatic made it political. Boebert and the actual dog shooter were victims of the neighbor and her dogs. In a very real and measurable way; they lost animals to those dogs.

Second, the only piece of shit is the neighbor who let their dogs roam and attack neighborhood livestock. Dogs who attack livestock are fair game.
