GIR, last I remember was also broken. Given to Zim cuz every real invader got one and he got a broken one and send away because he was annoying.
not just broken, his brain is literally some shit the leader pulled out of his pocket and threw in the robot.
He is also the epitome of writing a "deliberately annoying personality."
Anyone who lived through the 2000s knows that girls, and almost exclusively girls, loved Gir because of how annoying and "quirky" he was. Was almost a perfect venn circle with "holds up spork" type of girls that nobody liked.
I liked the doom song but Zim was the clear favorite of the series.
