I haven't been keeping track for a while, but last I heard the Libertarian Party is almost completely uncucked now. The actual libertarians took over from the cringelords who'd been running the Party for ages.
It's true. The Mises Caucus won every seat in their internal election last summer in an event that's come to be known as the Reno Reset.
There was a lot of screeching from the usual suspects, too, when they rewrote their party platform to be a minimalist "Self ownership, non-aggression, property rights" three-pillar platform (with a soft 4th pillar of Austrian economics) and that happened to include getting rid of social justice talking points that had been injected by the Cato libertarians who Dave Smith calls the "loser brigade."
Best case scenario, Javier Milei sees success in Argentina and the Mises Caucus eventually gets a ripple of support from that. Trump is going to suck any mainstream attention away from anything alt-lite in the US until then.
The primary focus right now is on local candidacies with nullifying power. Mayor, Sheriff, County Commissioner, School Board. The state- and federal-level races are there for messaging and drawing attention to the best local candidates.
The progressives have been booted out of the National party and most state affiliates. There are a few holdouts in Louisiana and Texas, and New Mexico and Michigan are in protracted battles over who's the legitimate party.
I'm not sure even the biggest losers did much Jorgensen simping. I've seen a lot more simping for Johnson/Weld. That's done for now, though. We recognize them as embarrassments.

It was glorious.
It truly was glorious.
And, nine times out of ten, when the progressive shitbags resort to calling you Literally Hitler, you're probably doing something right.
Yes, yes, the libertarians are totally national socialists.
Unironically: "Libertarian Fascism" has grown in use on the Left due to their mental illness.
Same with "Libertarian Lockdown Policies" in the UK.
Thanks, I hate it.

How goes Portland? I had some staunch lefty libertarian friends.
We haven't yet managed to cut it off from the good parts of Oregon and sink it into the ocean.
Yeah, the Mises Caucus and Dave Smith took over. Dave Smith is a huge Ron Paulite. It's good stuff.
Did they finally stop simping for that useless pandering waffler Jorgensen?
