Cashier denies credit card use from someone other than the owner of the card.
Then someone with a diverse attitude comes back-in to insist they let his friend use that card, because it's totally his. The cashier refuses in such conditions.
( It quacks like a fraudulent duck building plausible deniability by the fraudster making the transaction. )
This feels like racism, and I don’t play the race card.
Imagine being so used to gaslight people who suffer from nigger-fatigue, you just come-out and say that.
Through constant nagging accusations of racism he crybullied them into doing the transaction anyway.
Scott Adams is right. You can't cohabitate with these people, because everything devolves into race grifting, istophobic accusations, crime and distrust.
This doesn't mean it's racism, but if the dude was standing there wanting to pay with his own credit card that he has ID for, they should have let him do that. I'm surprised they even checked ID on a credit card. it must have either had his picture on it or said check ID or something. Most retailers don't check.
The cashier gave no reasonable explanation other than repeating ‘store policy’ and demanded to see a form of identification,
So it's not racism then. What a stupid statement, too. The cashier gave no explanation other than the exact explanation for why you have to show ID.
I've seen this exact scenario happen right in front of me, with white people.
Wasn't Home Depot, but a similar type of store, and I was waiting (for over an hour, but that's a different story) for a return to be processed. All kind of tech issues and employee incompetence and miscommunication, very frustrating...but point is I ended up chilling by the customer service desk for a while, so got to see some shit. Two white people - a man and a woman - walked through the entrance near where I was, spoke briefly, and split up.
Later just the woman comes back, and tries to check out, but the card is denied; it was the man's. Turns out the man was her boss, she was his employee. They were probably banging too but, again, that's not relevant. She calls up her boss, gives the phone to the employee...it wasn't enough. Dude has to show up in person to sort things out and let the card be used.
I'm sure that was totally racism too, right, Tyrese? Or is it only racism when the exact same thing that happens to white people happens, but to a black person? What a clown.
Also, speaking of him being a clown, plenty of the comments are the video are calling him calm and collected, when even from his own video he sounds like a fucking bitch. I get these scenarios can be extremely frustrating, but people pretending he handled it well aren't helping the issue. He was being a brat, waving his proverbial dick around, and just making things worse, seemed like.

Ah, I see you have experienced Highe's excellent employee base.
Ahahaha, got it it one. Hadn't heard that nickname before, though.
I no longer call any of the Big Box stores by their real names. Highe's, Homeless Deathspot, Hazard Fraught, Wally World, Discount Publix...
I get almost all of these, but what’s “Highe’s” if you don’t mind me asking?
Lowe's.
Obvious once you see it. Just didn’t click for me until then. Thank you!
Here's the video of the incident:
