MTG has screwed up a few times, but is still better than the old blood Republicans. She's moderately insane, but has also done some good things and, as I said, still beats much of the rest of the party. Which is a major condemnation on the party.

Now don't get me wrong, give him a fair shot, but we've seen how many self-avowed republicans get into power and it turns out they're nothing more than neo-con shills or right wing grifters who were playing the Libertarian crowd for the sake of votes.

Well, I highly doubt that's Brandon. He's been nothing but good on guns, immigration, and more, for years. He's also famous on his own merit, so his grifting is at reasonable levels, I'd say.

He's running as a Republican, though. He talks about primarying a Republican, and he asks people to register to vote to vote in that Republican primary election.

How many times have we seen these family values types lecturing us as an example turn out to be part of broken marriages or outright fetishists? It's more common than one might think.

Yeah, but not as common as the open degenerates and fetishists engaging in that stuff. I get the critique on hypocrisy, but I don't really get the focus on these people. Some of them are bound to be bad people, yes, but on the whole it still beats the loud and proud perverts.
