He's a guntuber who happens to also be a licensed manufacturer (which means he can do cool shit like legally manufacture a full auto Luty SMG.) At least on guns he seems to be exactly what we need in the legislature.
Pffft, we've seen this before with the likes of Margorie Taylor Greene and other blowhards. Now don't get me wrong, give him a fair shot, but we've seen how many self-avowed republicans get into power and it turns out they're nothing more than neo-con shills or right wing grifters who were playing the Libertarian crowd for the sake of votes. I write this as well being an old school fan of Ron Paul and a Voluntaryist, I'm deeply suspicious of anybody who tries to run on the Libertarian ticket these days.
I'm not writing this guy is or isn't anything to be clear. I'm just pointing out we should all be wary of grifters who use the right's slowly gaining popularity as a way of increasing their presence online and getting e-famous. How many times have we seen these family values types lecturing us as an example turn out to be part of broken marriages or outright fetishists? It's more common than one might think.

MTG has screwed up a few times, but is still better than the old blood Republicans. She's moderately insane, but has also done some good things and, as I said, still beats much of the rest of the party. Which is a major condemnation on the party.

Well, I highly doubt that's Brandon. He's been nothing but good on guns, immigration, and more, for years. He's also famous on his own merit, so his grifting is at reasonable levels, I'd say.
...I'm deeply suspicious of anybody who tries to run on the Libertarian ticket these days.
He's running as a Republican, though. He talks about primarying a Republican, and he asks people to register to vote to vote in that Republican primary election.

Yeah, but not as common as the open degenerates and fetishists engaging in that stuff. I get the critique on hypocrisy, but I don't really get the focus on these people. Some of them are bound to be bad people, yes, but on the whole it still beats the loud and proud perverts.
The funny thing is that “ libertarian-but-actually-diet-republican” to me means almost the opposite of what this redditor is using it for. I picture the type that infests the current Libertarian party, and uses his libertarianism as an excuse to not enforce the border or rein in leftist corporations or even wield any government power to do anything useful at all.
Those are 'Left-Libertarians' and they are in fact secret leftists that have infiltrated the Libertarian movement and completely butchered what it means to be a Libertarian. I'm actually somebody who was a fan of Ron Paul back in the day and subscribe to much of his belief system, however I refuse to associate myself with Libertarians these days because I've seen what's happened to them so I call myself a Voluntaryist now which is very close to what a Libertarian is anyway.
The Libertarian movement are filled with fakes and this is something I gatekeep on hard like with Atheism. They lost all credibility as far as I'm concerned when they started talking about the gender pay gap as a serious concept.

Don't forget the AK-50. That thing is a monstrosity and I want 2.
Look, I'm trying to spare Brandon some "when AK-50?" harassment, OK?
