FAIR is literally an attempt to reclaim the "tolerance" position from the people currently squatting there. They are in favour of ending discrimination against normal people.
What I take away from this is that it's too late; we're in a war between identity groups and the only way we'll get a tolerant society is by crushing the others and forcing it on them.
