Straight Pride can only be understood as an anti-parallel, affirmative, narrative: "I'm proud of being a providing, protecting, and centering father for my inspirational, restorative, and empathetic wife, so that our relationship can turn my boys into good men, and my girls into good women."
"Pride" as in being an advocate for your identity politic does nothing to undermine the Leftist framework that you are choosing to play the foil in.
Then you'll get a reply about some Based Homosexual Married Couple in a healthy monogamous gay relationship, raising their boys to be good men. "Why it gotta be straight though?!"
How about calling it "being normal pride" or something similar? Anything to remind them that they're degenerate weirdos and try to force them to rationalize their own position.
