On a superficial level I could agree with the sentiment that mere nudity is not porn, as said on that dude's sign. But give the sign a rainbow backdrop and put it in the hands of a dude marching naked in a pride parade and it becomes very clear the dude just wants to expose himself to children.
Canada is notoriously bad at having onerous laws that we don't bother to enforce, or enforce selectively.
Literally everyone here knows that the actual speed limit is 20km/h over what's on the sign; no cop will bother to pull you over for less (unless they have some other reason, like they don't like you or they need to fill their ticket quota). This is a microcosm of our entire "justice" system.

Sure, I agree, but that isn't really what I was talking about in my post, which had to do with whether mere nudity is pornography.
