I mean the title of this post in a literal sense. For this guy the only way out is his and/or his wife's death because of how the family courts operate. This should be mandatory reading for anyone who can't understand why a man would kill his wife. Any non-Chad who thinks that marriage is a bright idea should take note, and any tradcuck who tells romantically unsuccessful men to betabux in their 30s should be harvested for organs.
That's the problem with red pill types who tell men that anyone can be an alpha. They're lying. The best case scenario is that these dudes end up being a younger woman's betabux. But beta is the key word here, and even that leads to situations like this. The more likely scenario is that they can only land a washed up whore with 3 kids from 2 different baby daddies. Either way they're just a wallet to these women, and they're investing way more and get way less in return compared to Chad. Walking away is the only rational move.
The guy already said the way out, and it didn't involve anyone dying. Losing money != death.

Many suicides have been caused by men losing everything they've ever worked for and being forced to continue financially supporting someone bent on destroying their lives. In some cases they take the whore out with them. Had they gone MGTOW they would still be alive.
They're going to die alone in a nursing home surrounded by a bunch of female nurses after which point their remaining assets will scatter to the wind.
