Or more likely "After being separated from his mother for a year, Gabe is now a healthy, growing young man who looks forward to having a family of his own some day."
The gender shit is full of blatant contradictions that anyone who spends any amount of time actually thinking about it would see. people who follow it don't care because they are the same kind of people who leave the thinking to their betters.
