Which is why I use the word skeptical. I'll keep an open mind about it but let's not kid outselfes, it's fallout 4 in space. I mostly play these games for modding anyways so that's the main reason I'll be getting it at some point in time(I highly doubt at launch).
The problem with mods in this game is that Bethesda has proven they care more about MTX than mods. Skyrim's tenth anniversary thing broke mods, just so they could sell more BS. Same thing happens with Fallout 4 too since they both have the same in-game shop. Expect to have to update all your mods every time Bethesda wants to sell a new skin and have no idea when they're going to stop.
They still occasionally kill mods with updates no one asked for. Some games on steam(like Rimworld) allow you to pick which version of the game you install. Bethesda apparently doesn't do that. I fought with that shit before trying to get the correct executable file, was not fun but doable.
