Honestly? Nothing. All the cool stuff comes out and I get surprised, I looked ahead just now what is coming out but the good stuff DID already come out. I am sceptical of starfield, System Shock remake came out already and the lineup of 2023's second half looks pretty mediocre. Maybe armored core but I never played any of them so I should look into that as it might be something to look forward to(since it is from software)
Guaranteed to be trash. Bethesda has been on a downward slide for as long as they've been using the same engine. That's over twenty years now, since Morrowind released in 2002. They've also openly bragged about it having pronoun bullshit.
Which is why I use the word skeptical. I'll keep an open mind about it but let's not kid outselfes, it's fallout 4 in space. I mostly play these games for modding anyways so that's the main reason I'll be getting it at some point in time(I highly doubt at launch).
The problem with mods in this game is that Bethesda has proven they care more about MTX than mods. Skyrim's tenth anniversary thing broke mods, just so they could sell more BS. Same thing happens with Fallout 4 too since they both have the same in-game shop. Expect to have to update all your mods every time Bethesda wants to sell a new skin and have no idea when they're going to stop.
They still occasionally kill mods with updates no one asked for. Some games on steam(like Rimworld) allow you to pick which version of the game you install. Bethesda apparently doesn't do that. I fought with that shit before trying to get the correct executable file, was not fun but doable.
I've been like this for a while. I rarely get hyped for anything anymore. Woke shit and overall decline in the industry have left me pretty jaded about it.

Indies are the only ones I get in any way hyped for. They make the good games now.
