The bad guy in Guardians of the Galaxy vol3 was black. And he wasn't even a sympathetic villain.

High Evolutionary is white in the comics and almost always wearing a helmet. MCU casting is shit for showing the face of actors most of the time when the faceless villain/uncanny valley mask is meant to be part of the point.
