Thanks. Basically my method is healthy/low calorie Monday through Saturday and Sunday is my cheat day. With a few exceptions like Christmas and Thanksgiving I enjoy all the food I want lol. Also take vitamins and apple cider vinegar shot every morning

Real food is sadly not as nutritious as it was 50 years ago. Supplements are necessary.
