You know, I don't like Trump very much, but it's been obvious to me for a while that a number of senior officials were working tirelessly to undermine him during his presidency.
I don't care what side of the aisle you're on. It should concern you that unelected officials are basically able to derail the elected president of the United States and get away with it.

Uhh, but guys, this is a load of copium. Trump LOST and people don't like him any more! Lots of people switched their votes to Biden because Trump's antics totally turned them off, but somehow he still got like 12-13 million more votes than in '16! Republicans overall did extremely well in '20, and Trump was the most popular figure in the Republican party, but HE LOST! GET OVER IT! Biden beat him by 7 million totally legit votes! NOTHING TO SEE HERE!
Everything is fake and gay except the election, which was 100% the safest and most effective election in the history of elections! Even Liz Cheney, a Republican, agrees! So do lots of other Republicans! Quit being a conspiracy theorist if you think that a single person did not do their civic and/or legal duty, because politicians and bureaucrats are the most upstanding citizens in the country!
Haha, I know you're being sarcastic, but I'm not specifically referring to the election.
You had the Chairman of The Joint Chiefs say that he would not obey an order for a nuclear strike from Trump and would instead call his Chinese equivalent to warn them. It's bad enough that he would do it, but the fact that he can freely admit it to the public without any fear of repercussion makes it even worse.
How many other people that hold high government positions attended meetings and received direction and said "yes, sir" and then fucked off to do their own thing?
I know -- I'm just using that as an example of yet another instance of the corrupt, entrenched establishment protecting itself from the consequences of "voting." They're going to do what is best for themselves the country regardless of the truth and regardless of what people want.
And also that establishment GOP/Republicans are happy to go along with it.

and then they said it was a good thing
