It's very curious that the malfactors we are currently faced with are not just generically 'evil', but specifically despise the tenets of the Christian God, even when they don't know what those tenets are. Really, really, really makes you think.
Not only justify the existence of religion, but justify stamping them out viciously the moment they rear their heads with how quickly they dragged all of society down by being allowed to speak.
I mostly just treat everyone on an individual basis, it also helps I've hot an excellent internal bs detector that I can spot the assholes among us in person.
A lot of these communities fail for the lack of gatekeeping, I see it too with games but sometimes the complexity of the game helps to passively gatekeep.
