I think I just mentally assumed a tranny would be in a JC
We have Undergrad medicine over here. As do most places outside the US.
Some Uni's offer Pre-Med. Some do straight MBBS. It's just a lot harder to get into.
Of course, this may well differ in the US, but you can absolutely be a third-year Undergrad med student, over here...
