In December, Scott Ziegler was criminally indicted for three misdemeanors based on the work of a grand jury investigating how Ziegler lied about a rape by a skirt-wearing boy while the Loudoun County school board was seeking to pass a transgender policy. The boy remained in Loudoun schools and went on to violently assault a second girl in a classroom. Ziegler’s spokesman, Wayde Byard, was also indicted on a felony count.
Like refusing the full-body scans at the airport, you're asking government agents to lay hands on you, but yes, you can refuse to comply with a subpoena.
You're effectively asking how badly the government wants what it demanded.
The school district is also refusing the subpoena to release the internal investigation, which this court appearance was over.
If I was one of these parents I'd be at this fuckers door every night demanding answers for his incompetence.

You can refuse most anything the law and government asks, in a lot of ways its just calling their bluff to see if they will really do it.
For us normies, almost always. For a protected class, almost never.
I think that's the problem right there; parents who are relying on the "justice" system to defend their children. This is a demoralized country.
