I remember reading somewhere that before refrigeration a lot of fried chicken was eaten by lower income people because it lasted longer. But like you said it has gained a lot of popularity over the years. If you ever get a chance read up on Col. Sanders. Inspiring story.
I was watching an interview and he was talking about how things didn’t work out for him until he was in his 60s and he told the people watching not to give up on their dream because maybe their ship hadn’t come in yet but to keep trying.
Yep. That’s a good story too
