Yeah, who cares. As a passenger on a plane, or a patient on the operating table, I’ll be requesting professionals whom I know to be properly vetted. That’s what should scare black pilots, lawyers, doctors, etc. Rational people refusing their services. Not their sad internal doubts.
Maybe 95% of boomers would just accept a lower competence woman or minority and take the increased chance at death over the possibility of being called racist.
I don't mean it in that sense, mean it in that people who could aquire the skills and professionalism to be in their future field will probably drop out as what's the point continuing if some brainlet can get through because of diversity points. That means the ones currently twerking in the streets smashing up a car are your future black professional 'trailblazers'
I don't think you even need to vet anymore, if your doctor isn't white or Asian and does have a tiktok account, find a new doctor.
