I'm still not convinced. This may be an example of someone who's so deep into the delusion that they look down on people who are only mostly deluded. Almost no troon actually believes they're female. You can tell by their behavior. So one that truly believes he's female would act the way empress is.

I think that dekachin may be right, that there’s some chick who’s the face of the group but a team of men who do all of the technical work.
