Anyone gonna see this? Based on Disney’s track record I would guess he will be outshined by the female lead and she will end up as the new Indiana Jones.
Yea. Due to my alien fascination I didn’t hate Crystal Skull and I like he got married but it wasn’t anywhere near the trilogy. Or even young Indiana Jones show that I loved as a kid. I fully expect them to butcher his character like they did with Obi Wan.
Yeah I love alien stories too and I’ll be honest when people complained about that aspect way back when I thought, “but 2,000 year old men and angels that melt you into a puddle make sense to you?”
I never had an issue with the alien angle. In fact it wasn't until I heard that others were complaining that I would have guessed that so many people had decided that only religion/magic was "real" in the Indiana Jones universe.
I hated Crystal Skull due to it's incoherent plot, Shia Lebouf, the CGI, and not funny attempts at humor throughout. I thought bringing back Marion Ravenwood was good, and didn't even fundamentally have a problem with introducing an illegitimate son to give Harrison Ford someone to pass the hat and whip to- except the shitty actor they picked for it.
Ultimately, it just didn't feel like Indiana Jones. I doubt this one will either, in fact I suspect it will be much worse.
As mentioned elsewhere Crystal Skull was retarded enough back when that released (2008) so why the fuck would I want to watch a modern day woke, Disneyfied version instead after how atrociously Disney has handled Star Wars and various other recent projects?
I'm not even going to watch this when alternative options come out, or bother with clips on YT.
The last one he did was on Mutliverse of Madness months ago. He never did release large numbers of them. They take a ton of time to do. If he does one on a new Indy movie, it will be months after its release at the earliest.

I feel like ones enjoyment (or lack thereof) depends on how much of an attachment one has to the trilogy.
Checked out of Indyland after that Legoof.
Absolutely... not.

The Mouse is dead, the Necromouse reigns now.
I’m not watching either. Will probably be typical Disney deconstruction with a much better woman to upstage him.
I'll wait for the Critical Drinker and EFAP dunking on it.
I have become a huge fan of EFAP and I loved when Mauler invited last Jedi defenders to debate
I just looked up EFAP, holy hell no way am I going to sit and listen to a 6 hour podcast.
Yea I should’ve said only listen if you have a lot of time. Working from home it gets me through the day.
You should see the 25-hour 4-year-anniversary special.
Yea. They had a nice discussion so I could respect the fact that the guy was willing to discuss it with Mauler.

Ain't touching this turd. I'm not even gonna hate watch it like some people seem to do for some reason.
Same here
I'll watch it once it is on the open sea of the internet. YARRRRR!
i only watch the hate watchers dunking it for contents
Probably won't even bother pirating it.
Disney has been making some serious stinkers of late. Hopefully this trend will persist and they'll go broke.
