Extremes of awakening Rightwing Authoritarian Identity Politics: Theocratic Islamic State(s) in MENA.

We haven't had anything I would call a Christian theocracy in the west in like 200 years, so that strikes me as incredibly unlikely.

That said, the prospect of Islamification of Europe over the next 200 years is a real one - I don't see any resurgence of Christianity coming, so Islam may well be the future of Europe. Hopefully by peaceful conversion rather by the typical Islamic method of the sword.
