So? I mean, if I had a daughter who's 18, would I want her going out with a 48 year old guy? I'd vet him first but I'd feel safer with him dating her than an 18 looking like some gangbanger or even worse, a feminist!
It's so funny how they retract consent from women when it doesn't fit their narrative, like all the Tate girls that went 'no we freely work and joined him', let alone the fictional debate where the fact that it's a debate is moronic since it's a drawing or a bunch of pixels, who gives a fuck?

No, I'd want someone closer to her age for the obvious 'I don't want her partner to die early on her' and easier to understand each other culturally. But if those were the two options, I'd tell the older guy 'just never call me dad!'
I have to word this VERY carefully thanks to all the pedo pushes we've had and currently having, there isn't anything fundamentally wrong with a LEGAL adult woman going out with a man that's 10 years older or more as they might prefer someone more mature and in control of their lives as let's be honest, a lot of us were idiots when we were younger romantically compared to now that if you had the same maturity you have now when you were younger, A LOT of us would be in relationships earlier.
Women it's different as you have a biological clock ticking fast. Guys don't have as much of a time-limit so we can take ages to mature when a lot of women want to settle earlier. So long as everyone is consenting and there was NO grooming before she became an adult, could be worse.
It wasn't that long ago that a 10+ year age gap between husband and wife was the norm. Women wanted a proven provider who was already established, while men wanted a wife most likely to produce children. Nothing's changed, but most people want to pretend it has.

Surely, that's not the standard though.
