In every test women have proven worse at every objectively measurable task than men.
With the trivial exceptions of endurance swimming which is I think tied and color differentiation at which women appear to be superior.
Yet we are forced by our poisonous culture to pretend to believe in the myth of equality under the threat of social, economic, and sometimes physical violence.
Women are better at keeping fat on them. I learned that from the TV show "Alone." They use more efficiently the calories they consume, particularly vs large men, and you just see them lose weight more slowly.
The idea that women are always superior to men is equally braindead as the idea that men are always superior to women, and both of these ideas fail for the same reason.
Applying a top-down one-size-fits-all ideal to literally the entire population removes agency from the individual, which is much more important.
There are women who can bench more than you, run faster and jump higher than you can, solve more complex puzzles than you can, design more efficient systems than you can, etc etc. The fact that there may be men that exist who surpass these women is irrelevant.
The Battle of the sexes is just stupid, and we would all do ourselves a favor if we just judged individuals by their individual merit.
Where did I say people shouldn't be judged as individuals? Where did I deny the existence of individual women who are better than me at individual tasks? Out of curiosity I looked it up and I would qualify as a top 5% in bench based on female standards: https://strengthlevel.com/strength-standards/bench-press and I'm pretty casual at working out. I acknowledge that I can't beat the female world bench record.
But when the marxists come and accuse anyone that isn't under their control of "discrimination" you need a counter narrative.
And that narrative is reality. The average woman is worse than the average man at pretty much everything. So the top % of anything will consist either almost entirely or 99% at least of men.
Bell curves exist. To make informed decisions when you are dealing with groups you have to take into account known group tendencies. Pretending they don't matter under penalty of social and economic violence means our society isn't in a good place.
Yet we are forced by our poisonous culture to pretend to believe in the myth of equality under the threat of social, economic, and sometimes physical violence.
looking back I suppose I misunderstood the intent. I wish to strive for equality on an individual basis, and not on a macro racial/sexual basis. It sounds like we are aligned on this.

fat/energy burning is related to muscle mass, women aren't more efficient they just don't have much muscles beyond those required for movements.
