It's one of those things that has ALWAYS existed, it's just now thanks to leftists, they CLAIM to have influence, like how every current female 'action' star is 'the first time'
Case in point: The Fate series
It really depends on the story more than anything, there was one funny one played for laughs last year, this season only aware of 2, it's mostly the season of Isakais and reincarnation.
I get it, I can only go so 'cultured' so I noped out of the recent dog one lol. Fortunately the feminists lost a lot of ground in Japan ever since Elon took over Twitter.
At least they provide the opposite too, the current big ones is one with a certain demon Lord that has the chadist uno reverse card set and a guy who just goes 'eh fuck it, magic nuke!'
In their defence I don't think she fucks it but dogs perspective so LOTS of panty shots
If you mean the two I mentioned, The Misfit of Demon King Academy, 2 season and has him literally getting stabbed in the heart for him to go did you think crushing my heart would kill me?
The second is Eminence in Shadow, the main guy is a Chunni who's trying to play a background character while also having a secret identity (like Clark kent/Superman) but any bullshit he comes up with to 'play character' turns out to have been true all along lol Spolier if you want to see how op he is
Ranma might have its genderbent element, but it makes it clear in no uncertain terms he is a guy, thinks of himself as a guy, and his female form is either a curse or a weapon in his arsenal. Even the author told anyone trying to think deeper about it "I don't think about things like that and you shouldn't either."
Compared to others, its far more rigid about where it stands on the matter, and truly is treated as just an extra avenue for gags rather than the centralizing element. I agree on them all being unstomachable.

At least their degenerates never insisted on changing the language and calling you a transphobe if you disagreed.
