There are plenty of "men" and "women" who make no effort to pass by any reasonable standard and since men can be "women" and women can be "men" then by their own reasoning physical appearance is that interchangeable now that guy should have no reason to change how he looks, even if he now identifies as "she" or whatever other option is presented.

It's not in the gynocracy's interest to give men such an easy way way out of the living hell that family courts inflict on them, and they're not ones to subject themselves to their own bullshit if it inconveniences them.
