Right, but I don't know if the family court would have required anything beyond self identification. It's not in the gynocracy's interest to give men such an easy way way out of the living hell that family courts inflict on them, and they're not ones to subject themselves to their own bullshit if it inconveniences them. They've never let little things like principles and laws get in their way before, why would they start now? Look at how pissed off the troons are. They should be thrilled that a court is letting people self identify however they want, but of course enforcing the pecking order is higher on the priority list.
